Students
A student is a learner, or someone who attends an educational institution. In its widest use, student is used for anyone who is learning, including mid-career adults who are taking vocational education or returning to university, or younger ‘researchers or artists learning from a more experienced (and usually older) colleague and mentor. Civil Service Organizations
The term civil service can refer to either a branch of governmental service in which individuals are employed (hired) on the basis of professional merit as proven by competitive examinations; or the body of employees in any government agency apart from the military, which is a separate extension of any national government.
A civil servant or public servant is a person in the public sector employed for a government department or agency. The extent of civil servants of a state as part of the “civil service” varies from country to country.
Civil service organization may referee as NGO – Non Governmental organization as well. DEG is your partner no matter whether you are NGO or state civil service organization.
